Bali Beatings

Today’s Workshop in Sanur was great fun, thanks to all who attended! What did we learn?- Kick-ass coach Lukas can push your breath hold by more than a minute in just one session. Congratulations Farhad to a fine 4:50 static!- CJ demonstrated that even after a breath hold of 3:30 his blood still showed 99% Oxygen saturation. This is a very impressive proof that we mainly deal with high CO2 in a breath hold.- The boys then came up with a creative collection of CO2 tables to start working on their CO2 tolerance. Just in time to get ready for the incoming massive swell in Bali! You can find more information here: http://www.balifreedive.com/freedive-programs/freediving-for-surfers/
